Not with my software I can't. It's a dedicated 2D cadcam package, meant only for making toolpaths for CNC lathes. There is a 3D add on, but my boss is to lousy to get it as we don't have a 3 axis milling machine here, so there is no need for it. Is Pixel Art a programme?

nah its a type of art u can use any paintprogram out there like psp or ps or even good ole ms paint but u basicly draw pixel by pixel but u can make some pretty cool stuff should google it some where in goggle i saw a prometheus done in pixel art it was pretty cool very well detailed too

updates of my 501

the guns on the sides of the hangars have a full 360 degree rotation and 90 degree arc for a full field of fire.

the guns are pbw's and get thier power for motion and firing from the rails that they ride on.

this is still a werk in prog.

it's WIP. the 6 glowy things in the nose are particle beam weapons. the accelleration tubes run through the neck. the smaller glowy things are shield emitters, where the yellow light comes from is a runthrough hangar, and the things at the arms are a combo of a hyperdrive (hence blue light) and a normal engine.


things to be added:
-missile tubes in the Hammerhead
-shield emitters at the back
-some greebling at the arms
-additional weapons.



it's designed after the Starcraft Terran Battlecruiser.

I can tell what it is designed after. I hope it starts looking slightly more 'real' looking as you go and less 'cartoony.'

No offense meant, I just really like the original design.

Had a bit of a crazy few weeks. kicked off by my dad getting his hip replaced.... then having to fight him not to over do it when he got home Shocked i've got so much done...

No, it is not for fanwank ships at all, I think the first post of the thread makes that fairly clear. But it is for purely text ships and ms paint based ships as well.

imo a wall of text and technobabble fanwank is NOT a "design" its just a rant.
ms paint i could accept but not only text alone as there is NO design aspects in that, it just meaningless text and most of the time Fanwank.
