    1. swarms of really small networked UAV's

    2. sit a hive on the other side of a planet load all the darts up with nukes and have them kamikaze the 304

    3. get better shields

Or have the darts concentrate fire on one side of our shields....

And another. Take us out while we are shieldless.

200 Al'kesh. Leak info about an attack on a defenceless world-say Cimmeria- when a 304 drops out of hyperspace (Or more) with shields down. All al'kesh attack with bombs = bye bye 304(s).

            Beam weapons cant hit them
Railguns can't hurt them to much
            Missiles are to slow
Harsh language will only slow them down

the first generation goa'uld sheilds could take hits from multiple naquadah enhanced nukes, how long do you think it would take to take out our super asgard shields with small arms fire

The Asgard shields on the Prometheus were drained by alkesh and gliders. Darts could therefore drain 304 shields.

He has scaled the mountains of ignorance; he is about to conquer the highest peak; as he pulls himself over the final rock, he is greeted by a band of theologians who have been sitting there for centuries."

but the ones used on the promethius are different than the ones we use now and the ones we use now are astronomically better than the ones on the promethius so it would take a lot of darts to put enough strain on the shield so that it gets depleted faster than it recharges.

and also, the shields on the promethius were also being drained by fire from space by anubises mothership so thats proboly where most of the damage came from, also alkeshes have more powerfull weapons than darts so it would really take a lot of fire from the darts to take down our shields so its almost not worth deploying them to attack out shields.
                  STARGATE ROCKS

                  THERE IS NO BETTER SHOW

Correct the Sheilds in Prometheus Unbound are not the same on our 304's we now have much stronger efficient shields

I would of said that before Todd spend sometime with our 304 and now I reckon it would not be to hard for todd to enhance a wraith cruiser to our 304 level of tech. Still they would be little match for the odyssey the shields on that thing is just insane.

Other than jamming their targeting sensors to force them the fire manually and using cruisers to dodge the beams, you would probably stand a good chance of victory with 3 or 4 vessels.

Thing is though did Todd have enough time to learn what he needed? It is possible but it would be too convienient if he managed it

Actually Prometheus' shields were already failing when Anubi's start firing at it with his mother ship. Our new shields a better yes but if a group of gliders and alkesh can take out those shields then a much large squadran of Darts could do the same to our 304's.

Alkesh weapons aren't that much more powerful, the number of Darts will make up the different. Several hundred darts could take down our shields quite easily IMO...obviously we wouldn't have to fight them all unless our hyperdrive was out.

He could have download specs or scans of what he wanted. The Wraith upgraded their hyperdrives in Allies really fast once they had the info. Can't be that hard.

Multiple beaming arrays is fanwank because I doubt we could power that many beams.

We may not be more manueverable. Size isn't everything, if the cruiser has better engines it won't make much difference if we're slightly smaller.
If sweatshop workers with no formal education can build plasma T.V.s then a group of super-geniuses with extremely detailed instructions, an asgard holographic A.I. thing to help them, and a mater energy converter can build super death beams. The ancients were human and they built technology above even asgard levels of advancement so it seems that humans have the intellectual capacity to create the tech we just haven't advanced to that level in our society, for example we aren't any physically smarter than the ancient romans but they couldn't build a car then but now the italians build some of the best cars on the market, they were smart enough to build them just not advanced enough.

They weren't human, they were Alteran; it's an entirely different species with a very similar genetic code...
