I have to say that I've never had problems with my body when I was a child and a teenager, I was naturally skinny. Btw luckily nobody in my family tried to tell me how I should look like...well my mum always had to be soooo patient with me when I was a child 'cause I was such a pain in the ass and it took me ages to have lunch
But during the years the body changes, and now I'd like to loose some kg, but I'm not going to starve myself for that! I just try to eat healthy food and to reduce sweets. Actually I do have breast and muscles! My dad tells me that it seems that I work as longshoreman cos I've strong biceps But I just work everyday in a lab and I have to handle heavy items! I have 2 cousing who are really obsessive about their body, they go to gym at least 3 times a week and they eat like little birds, I know that often during the summer they eat just watermelon I don't even understand how they manage to not faint!

Sil you don't need to worry about weight. If I were your size I'd be very happy

People who exercise need to eat a healthy diet, otherwise they'll do themselves some serious damage And nobody can survive on just watermelon
