It's oddly nostalgic hearing them again - they were made back in the days of MOP over on the S/J ship thread. Ahhh, when we were all so young and innocent

Update on last night's fall: I may have sprained my thumb. It's swollen and purple-ish, so yeah. Not cool. It hurts to type.

I'm unpacked! Hooray! My apartment actually feels like a home now. Just a few things to figure out where they will live. Otherwise, all ready for visitors. Who's first?

I bandaged my left hand to go to work so my thumb didn't move too much. Today, one of the kids gave me a sticker to put on it before leaving. So cute! You know, kids and their stickers, they don't give 'em to anyone. I felt special. You now know for sure that this little girl liked her day.

I just read an article this morning about a teacher from San Antonio (not my district) who had all of the students line up in her kindergarten class and hit a little boy because he was a bully! What the hell was she thinking???? It's okay for HER to be a bully?

I just read an article this morning about a teacher from San Antonio (not my district) who had all of the students line up in her kindergarten class and hit a little boy because he was a bully! What the hell was she thinking???? It's okay for HER to be a bully?

I've heard of that being done as a form of therapy. As sensitivity training, so people can experience what it's like to e on the other side. But that was voluntary. And without the hitting. And with adults. And not against one individual.
Doesn't seem like a good teacher...

Sounds to me that the teacher has issues as well. You don't hit little children (or big ones either) as a lesson. She should be repremanded for doing that. Shame on her!
