Random thought of the day... so I have a friend called Martin and I sometimes call him tin-tin (which he's not too impressed by so naturally I do it more) and I was wondering if OUR Martin had ever been called that...

I think they look lovely like that you can tell a lot of thought has gone into the positioning of those lights

What an exhausting, Awesome weekend!!!
I think by the time I started driving home from Josi's I was just about sober
Nad, remeber the journey home from The Peaks? Well I just had a similar one .....
Me: Daniel, are you sure this is the right way? We didn't come this way, and I don't recognise anything........
Daniel: Drive 1.1 miles and enter roundabout.
Me: Are you sure?
Woody: Go on Daniel, confuse her some more.... she left me parked in a huge puddle outside Josi's for the whole weekend
Daniel: At roundabout, take the 3rd exit to A2074.
Me: Are you sure?
Daniel: Take 3rd exit.
Me: (looking at signs) Oh! Didcot, Reading - now I believe you!
Woody: Darn!
Daniel: Drive 10 miles and enter roundabout.
........
Daniel: At roundabout, take 4th exit.
Me: But......... that's the way we just came
Woody: *snickers*
Daniel: Take 4th exit.
Me: Ok, if you say so...
Daniel: Recalculating!
Me: What??
Daniel: Drive 150 yards, then enter roundabout. Take 4th exit.
Me: *headdesk*
Daniel: Continue forward.
Me: Well I'm hardly going to drive backwards, am I?
Woody: Just follow the purple line Jumble, we'll get you home eventually
Daniel: Keep right on A33.
Me: To Basingstoke? Ok *shrugs*
Daniel: Recalculating
Me: Oh, FCOL!!!
Daniel: Drive 200 yards, then enter roundabout.
Me: *sigh*
Daniel: Take 3rd exit to A33.
Daniel: Drive 5.6 miles, then enter roundabout.
Me: Another one??
Daniel: At roundabout, take 2nd exit.
*sometime later*
Daniel: At roundabout, take 2nd exit.
Me: Aha! Wellington Park! I've been here loads of times - I know where I am!
Woody: D'oh!
Me: Turning you off now Daniel!
Woody: You're no fun
......
Me: *turns into driveway* Yay!
One of these days, I'll take a journey without screwing up at big roundabouts
