Yeah, just too much to do and not enough time to do it in. Bit of a crunch time with a few big bits of work all needing doing by the end of this week, which of course typically is a day earlier this week Never mind, it'll all get done, it always does And I've got all of next week off to recover! Just feeling a bit stressed and frantic with it all atm
Migraines are no fun, I'm just lucky that one of the medications I'm on is a fairly effective preventative (that and I now know better than to eat too many banana's and oranges )
Banana's and oranges are your trigger?
Migraines are awful. *hugs you Nola* I hope they're able to help you.
Oh and it now appears that I am going a date on Saturday evening Nervous and excited both at the same time......It's been that long that I'm fairly certain I've forgotten what to do on a date
Ooooh! I'm sure it will all come back to you pretty quickly. Like riding a bike.

Thank you! *getting cramp from crossing everything!*
I was gonna say something else, but it's gone...
Thanks
And yes they are my triggers - well citrus fruit in general but I tend not to go around sucking on lemons too often and more than 2 banana's a day is bad news for me
sigpic
Thank you ladygris for my lovely sig and avi
Thanks

Darn citrus fruit! *hugs*
I love banana's, I'd be sad if they triggered my migraines. Mine tend to be bright light directly in my eyes or strong smells.
As for telling Martin what goes on in the shippy bus? Some things are best left a mystery... hehe
More than two bananas a day is bad news for most people
I don't have food triggers, it was usually stress that set mine off I have several awful clusters a year or so ago, wanted to chop my head off But I tried the blood-pressure pills my doctor advised and I've been free ever since *touches Wood again*
Sarai, your sig! *dies* Why oh why do I have no green??
Thanks very much looking forward to the last ep

More *hugs* they do seem to work you hard down there! Unfortunately this seems to be the done thing with most organisations, leaving things until the last minute
*huggles Nola for migraines* Evil, evil things. Hope they can improve things for you.
I've never identified a trigger for mine, but then again I get them so rarely (thank goodness) that I've never really worried about trying to isolate it.
