Just feeling a bit stressed and frantic with it all atm

Originally posted by Madness reigns View PostMigraines are no fun, I'm just lucky that one of the medications I'm on is a fairly effective preventative (that and I now know better than to eat too many banana's and oranges )
Migraines are awful. *hugs you Nola* I hope they're able to help you.
Oh and it now appears that I am going a date on Saturday evening Nervous and excited both at the same time......It's been that long that I'm fairly certain I've forgotten what to do on a date

And yes they are my triggers - well citrus fruit in general but I tend not to go around sucking on lemons too often and more than 2 banana's a day is bad news for mesigpic

I love banana's, I'd be sad if they triggered my migraines. Mine tend to be bright light directly in my eyes or strong smells.
As for telling Martin what goes on in the shippy bus? Some things are best left a mystery... hehesigpicMade by the lovely Jakie

More than two bananas a day is bad news for most people
I don't have food triggers, it was usually stress that set mine off I have several awful clusters a year or so ago, wanted to chop my head off But I tried the blood-pressure pills my doctor advised and I've been free ever since *touches Wood again*

Well enjoy it, anyway!
*huggles Nola for migraines* Evil, evil things. Hope they can improve things for you.
I've never identified a trigger for mine, but then again I get them so rarely (thank goodness) that I've never really worried about trying to isolate it.sigpic
