ITA, and it makes me mad all over again when I'm watching shows like Eureka and Bones and others and see the star's name as a producer. So, if Colin Ferguson gets to be a producer, why didn't Joe? I have my theories on that, but I'd better keep them to myself.

Truly told, I think that deep down, we all share those same theories. But certain people won't like hearing them. *snorts*

Anyone got a good cure for a headache? Tried painkillers but the thing is as stubborn as Elizabeth and John put together!

Sorry, can't help you there... I tend to stick to painkillers and sleep (in a dark room preferably).

Dark room is good. Also keep it as quiet as possible; loud music/noise tends to make my headaches worse.

What also helps is not to sit in front of a computer screen... anything really that puts a strain on the eyes...

I second the dark room. Try adding a cool wash cloth on the forehead or back of the neck and/or massage your temples. If pain killers don't help, it could be sinuses. Try inhaling steam also.

Dehydration and heat is another thing that could give you headache, try and drink a lot of fluids, and another idea, have you checked for allergies, it’s season for that right now and I know from experience that I often get a headache when my allergies is in full bloom and I forget to take my medication, I think it is because it usually gets in through your airways and it also tend to put a strain on your head/mind to keep your body functioning. The sad part about headaches is that there could be some many different scenarios that can cause it and sometimes it’s just a plain old headache and then only rest and painkillers help but other times it comes from something else and then medication for that might be the only thing that helps.

And if all that advice fails I have diclofenic, tramadol, prescription co-codamol, naproxen and meloxicam - and that's just my prescribed painkillers!!I have a better medicine cabinet than your average chemist

I have had a horrible afternoon, the details of which are probably best left alone as they are going to give me nightmares tonight as it is.
