Yes Showcase is still doing the show. Season 2 was picked up. SyFy only bought the rights to air in the USA. So as far as we know SyFy has no say in what Showcase does with the show. They can edit all they want, I've got Showcase to watch the REAL version.

Snowman, it is very dark and not PG. The content is somewhere between Syfy and Showtime or HBO. Language, sexual content, but not the nudity of the pay networks. For those that like a darker show it is great.
