Counselor Deana Troy on Star trek The next generation, What Purpose does she actaully serve? True she did have some interesting moment and stories on Trek but for the most part she was useless. Besides in the future everyone is so emotionally well adjusted What do they counselor for anyways?

Tasha Yar, was only slightly annoying but if she had stayed around she would become really annoying.

Chritiana Loken on the series Pain Killer Jane, the charter was very unlikable and she cannot act her way out of a paper bag. and the rest of the cast of that even worse.

Rodney McKay. Good lord, I thought we'd hit the annoying-ness pinnacle with Jar Jar Binks, but McKay is in a league all his own. It's not often I wish a slow horrible death on a character who's supposed to be one of the protagonists. Which is a shame, since David Hewlett seems like a really great guy.
