I have to say Dominar Rygel from Farscape

Took me a while to warm up to Rygel, he's not exactly your average character, but i grew to love him for his own weird occasionally mean quirks.

I'd have to say Sikozu from Farscape, she was even more annoying than Jool and she and Scorpious were just all kinds of creepy

Also in Star Wars The Clone Wars whenever Padme or Jar Jar Binks was in an episode, it usually wasn't very good so i want to add Padme to the list aswell but she is more of a pivotal character then Jar Jar, still annoying tho

The EMH from voyager. I mean I love Robert Picardo but dear god I can't stand the doctor.

McKay... Liked him as an antagonist in SG-1... Just was used wrong on SGA... Although I have similar feelings about most of the characters there.

The Charlie Matheson character (Tracy Spiridakos) on "Revolution". Couldn't stand her at all. When they killed her brother off instead of her, that's the last time I ever watched it. She gets on my nerves big time, LoL.

Personally if I was going for any Farscape character it'd be Jewel over Sikozu. At least Sikozu had a level of complexity about her.

I don't understand the rationale for that one as they never gave Keller age. Physical appearance can be misleading about age.

She looked young, but she also seemed immature. Can't put my finger on it more than that, but I think her giggly, bubbly nature just put me off her.
TNG: Pulaski. Goodness I detested her the first time I watched the show in sequence. On subsequent reruns she's been better, but I still prefer Crusher.
TOS: Khan Noonien Singh. Goodness I detested him in Space Seed, and the woman (Marla?) who betrayed her Captain, her shipmates and the Federation wasn't any better. I much prefer watching TWOK without watching SS first...
