I imagine a lot of that is do to both to being NBC shows. Community could get away with a lot of the Law & Order parody because NBC owning both of them.

Guys and Gals of my favorite community ! Please, please watch this show, it will air next week on February 9th and with all the ups and downs it deserve a successful fourth season even if it may be the last !

I've been telling people to watch since the first episode.
It hasn't done any good.
This is it's last season I fear. Especially with how it's been dicked around even just this season.

It's just too smart, and clever, for the average American. Especially the schmucks with Neilsen boxes.

I really, really hate that excuse for why a show fails. It's not about the average American, it's about the demo, so when a show fails there's your culprit. If the demo is adult males 18-49, then blame it on them - don't go insulting Americans in general.
