Quick question, can those of you who have multiple characters denote who it is at the top of your posts? I am trying to follow storylins and am getting confused and mixing up characters.

    Thank you!

Umm, I know that I tend to start the post with a reference to the name. Either Hermione, Rowena or Kate (at the moment Pete and Corin as well). What more am I supposed to do? Huge neon signs? As long as you actually read the post, there shouldn't be a problem.
      Yepp, it's blank down here.

Wouldn't that make life too easy, though?

LOL, you're quick! *runs to read and catch up and post*

George- I try and denote my posts with different sigs. Jaime = Jaime's sig, Jensen = Jensen's sig. If I add any more characters, I'll do the same.

                "THEIR" name.

There = place ("Put it there")

They're = contraction of THEY and ARE ("They're going to a movie")

Their = possessive ("It's their decision")

                Sorry, I'm a bit of a grammar/spelling PITA.

Well done, Shelly. The technical term for the type of contraction in 'they're' is 'cliticization' (in jumps the former English teacher / syntax student)

If you plan on making your living as an Engineer, you best learn to communicate effectively with the written word. Believe me, if your first written contact with a customer is poorly composed, you may not get another. And if you're dealing with customers out of the US, your English has to be very precise to ensure that it is understood.
