Oh, and I definitely underestimated how far away the Destiny might be from Earth. The furthest known galaxy is IOK-1 which is 12.9 billion light years away. (or so we infer) Whether 'several billion light years' is more or less than that, we don't know, and I guess they don't know either.

My god! That looks outstanding. The ship looks great, the gate looks fantastic and from the looks of the clip it's a lot darker than what we're used to.

Did that look like Ancient shuttles coming from the ship? And who the hell is attacking Icarus base? And from what I saw, the planet the base is on may be outside the gate network, as they went there by ship!

Finally watched the new trailer. Damn that was fantastic. I did however dislike how Robert Carlyle looked to begin with. also not keen on the rock soundtrack, I thought it wasn't meant to be the young edgy show we all protested against?
