No, they all hit the cutting room floor in the editing process. Makes me wish again the included deleted scenes in Stargate Dvds. (and bloopers)

Yeah, I remember the first part about Arlos. It's a shame. What was it, maybe a line? They couldn't find a way to put that in there (unless it was a part of a larger scene that was cut). I've never heard of the second cut scene. Where did you read/hear about that one??

Time to answer my own questions..

1. Who looks better in leather: Cameron, Daniel, or Vala?

Gotta say, I'm a sucker for scruffy, leather-clad Daniel. Although, Cam was just as sexy...and seemed infinitely more comfortable in leather (a hint at what Cam is doing in his personal like, perhaps

). Vala always looks great in leather, but I can't say I'm the biggest fan of the particular outfit she sports in this episode. I much prefer the one she dons in CoT and FT.

2. There's been some dispute over the Arlos/Vala connection (whether or not they actually had an "intimate" relationship). Supposedly, they shot a scene that made it clear Vala/Arlos were never that close...what do you think? Do you think Vala and Arlos had an affair? If so, why? Was it just for the bracelets and locket?

You know, I've always taken Vala for the one who's all talk. Even when she tries to seduce Daniel, I get the feeling that it's more out of curiosity and a desire to get under his skin than it is to actually have sex with him (although, I'm sure if he agreed she wouldn't say no). Her statement in Crusade implied that she hadn't been with anyone in awhile....so it doesn't sound like she's constantly searching out bed-buddies.

Still, based on what we SAW (not what was shot), her relationship with Arlos does seem suspicious. In some weird sort of way, I could see Vala genuinely having a relationship with him...she might even have cared for him. To have someone kind, who is so completely devoted to her, making her feel special and wanted? Does that sound like anyone else we know??

It's not unheard of for women to seek a sort of security in a doting older man. Maybe there was a point where she was out of the smuggling business, but then got restless and saw an opportunity in the bracelets and ran with it.

3. Why do you think the idea of sleeping with Vala is so "repulsive" to Daniel? Is it just because he doesn't want meaningless sex, or is it something else?

I think it's the first choice, but I also think it's just that Daniel doesn't find Thief-Vala attractive as a partner. That's of course not to say that he doesn't find Vala attractive or care for her. But notice that his snarkiness in season 10 often comes about when he sees her reverting back to her old ways: CoT, BG, Unending. He doesn't seem to find that side of her attractive. Hence, why his softest moments towards her in season 9 occur when he catches a glimpse of what's underneath all of that bravado.

4. At the beginning, when Vala leaves, what do you think Daniel is feeling? Relief? Or do you think he's going to miss her?

It's strange, like someone else said, Daniel's words bely his expressions. There are specific moments during the whole exchange where he seems like he's going to miss her. Take a look at the beginning of my recent video...does he seem relieved or thankful that she's gone? I don't think so. I think part of him liked her, even if it was just that he liked to fight with her. Also, it could be just because he was stuck to her for so long that maybe he's going to miss that constant buzzing in his ear. Does that make any sense?

Aspect ratio was a little weird (4/3 while source was 16/9) but easily fixed with mplayer -aspect 16/9

yes i am THAT obsessed. It's about 75 songs long at the moment made up of songs from all the amazing vids i've seen and any with lyrics that remind me of my favourite couple. AND it's great to listen to while reading fanfic! yeah. sickly obsessed. In my defense I have a Sam/Jack one and John/Aeryn one as well. well I guess that's not a defense...more like...more proof of my insane devotion to not one but three 'ships. psychiatric help required probably
