Ideas... The Hippy bus was needed to transport Shippers (to Vancouver), the broccoli simply fell out of the sky at some point and the mascotte... Well, Broccoli the Hippy Chick is special. We needed a mascotte, because other pillars of the Ship had one. Because the S.H.I.P. was led by ''hippy chicks'', we chose a chick. This one is particulary awesome because it walks in circles and stumbles over it's own feet, as if it has smoked too much broccoli. Hence the name. There's the connection.

Parsifal, thank you for posting these little snippets. The first one is particularly interesting as it shows a more natural progression of AT's opinions on the relationship from her early stance of not wanting resolution to her current position of being very much in thr "so together" camp.

I do. I think what he means is that the tension - the UST - is what creates the drama and what keeps people watching and wondering. Historically getting together the couple of choice in any tv series has been seen as a bad move (the old Moonlighting argument). In actual fact there are several examples where it has happened and worked out just fine without destroying the integrity of the show. However I do think the situation of Sam and Jack was always going to mean it could only be resolved once the series is over.

Ugh my computer caught nasty viruses I have been unable to get on the internet for a week. My computer is still in the shop. Fortunately, I did back most everything up; so I won't lose all the research I've done on my masters' thesis for the last year.
