Yeah! We all knew she was going to play off that one. The innuendo there.... huge. Something about (6 y/o) Princess Amy being in the audience and having to keep this a PG show..... lol

She is so funny and yet responsible too. She didn't take the joke so far that the 6 year old or her parents were offended. What a class act! That is why I'm thrilled that she is my daughter's hero. Many of her little friends want to imitate Hillary Duff or Lindsey Lohan, but my daughter tells people she wants to be like Amanda Tapping. Now, I still hear Jesse McCartney pouring out of her boom box speakers (way too loud of course), and she squees along with her little friends over the Cheetah girls concerts but her priorities aren't set by the teeny bopper scene. She looks up to Amanda and wants to be a super scientist like Sam or somedays an actress like Amanda.
Honestly, I've loved watching Amanda for years and I'd enjoy her acting even if she weren't a very nice person, but I'm a fan because she is a nice person and a wonderful influence my daughter. I love that she takes that responsibility seriously.

I don't think she did actually ask her that, just thought about it? I was sitting right next to Kat at the cocktail party. But I kept looking too, trying to figure out how she {Amanda] did her eye makeup. Girl's got skillz!

Of course she doesn't really need much. Edit: She really doesn't *need* any. /edit
In a clip I saw with TR walking around the set (for one of the dvds apparently) she comes up on AT getting a "touch up" from Jan Newman & Jan says something along the lines of just making her beauty more beautiful. ? maybe someone can look that up. I thought it was very apt.
