Don't worry Jumble, you've not depressed me at all. Being that step removed, I can see how well you're doing. Oh, and hey, you're right, exercise will help lots! Get your butt back to Curves! It'll get you out of the house for some me time, get you socialising again in a situation where there is no pressure on you to talk about anything, and you could even pick up a travel pass and come visit me at my Curves Although, I do have a bit of a reputation for making members work hard.....

You can? That's good to hear. I guess I need to step away from myself now and then to get a clearer picture.

But it does make me think it must have been really bad before

Yep, exercise is definitely good. I tried to get myself into a routine at home but it's not really working. Going back to Curves regularly wood be a very good idea
