I'm looking for a recipe that I had about 10 years ago, I'm sure it was from Sainsburys (any thoughts Cags?), for a chocolate cake with apricot glaze on top and I distinctly remember making it with almonds and egg whites! That cake was freaking amazing, and I really want to make it tonight as I have a friend coming over , does it sound vaguely familiar to anyone at all??!
