I've been up since 2:30. It's a bit after 4 here, now. Do you have insomnia, or is before-dawn waking a thing of necessity?

insomnia. I don't fall asleep generally until 11:30 or 12 (or later), so I'm really not getting enough rest. It affects the frequency of migraines, unfortunately.
