Pretty easy. Still, I'm not sure I have the patience to do as many as you!!

Actually, its best not to brush straight away after eating something sugary. Brush after about 45 minutes or an hour. It has something to do with the soda "softening" your enamel. If it makes sense, it makes it so the enamel can be 'brushed' off.

Or keep it simple...brush your teeth in the morning after breakfast and in the evening before you go to sleep...

We usually call it a 'cavity', which I assume you will have to have filled? Poor you But tbh, you've done well to reach your age without having had one before Cut out the sweets and stop typing when you're supposed to be cleaning your teeth

My Suz has no fillings (she's nearly 21) and Rob and Jo (29 and 32) only have one each. That's really good going. I have fillings in just about all my teeth, but that's because when I was a child my mother shoved heaps of sugar in everything and I didn't know anything about dental care until I was older Also, in those days dentists simply repaired the damage without telling us how to avoid it

Seriously though, apparently tooth decay also has a bacterial cause, and the bacteria was far more prevalent when you (and my parents) were kids than when we were. Also now we have fluoride in the water and in toothpaste which helps too

Seriously though, apparently tooth decay also has a bacterial cause, and the bacteria was far more prevalent when you (and my parents) were kids than when we were. Also now we have fluoride in the water and in toothpaste which helps too

Things are definitely different these days as regards dental care education, but there are still a lot of children around with fillings in their teeth. In fact I do remember having fluoride in my toothpaste as a child (maybe I'm not as old as you think )

As for now, yeah there is a lot of stuff available these days to keep your teeth nice and clean! Me loves that! I love white teeth...find mine not white enough....when I'm all grown up(and old) and have the money I want to let them whiten(sp?) or so
