          I disagree. A writer should like all his characters. Yes, even the bad guys, even those who would be hateful if they were real people. If you don't, if you're unable to put yourself in their place, you write them badly and they become uninteresting caricatures. That's very different from in-universe characters liking them, or the fans liking them. But the writers, themselves, can't write well a character they don't like.

                Maybe the writers were aiming at weirdo but, DN performance has been charming enough to turn Zelenka into adorably awkward instead. That's what I feel about him anyway.
