I liked it. Much better than their usualy Saturday night fare. I'd watch it if it was made into a series.
Of course, I always like BJS.

It was not bad. The ending does not match the game from I read. The terrafoma or what ever they called should have been destroy at the end of the film, to better match the game story. Hollywood syndrome of every story got to have a happy ending strikes again.

But I do not see a TV show here, the story and the character and the universe just do not have enough depth to support a TV series and I do not see how things can be layered on to give it the depth need to support a TV series, like you could with the Stargate film, I actually said that after I first watched the film, and then about a year later Stargate SG1 was born or I discover it at least. I do see the potential for more films and perhaps greater tie into the games but that it.
