well maybe not. it's just weird seeing a DC movie that wasn't 2 hours long.

The run-time doesn't sound too bad.

With credits, the runtime is bad. Without credits, I'm fine with it. Personally, I prefer my movies to be at least 2 hours long when I go to the cinema. I am not really surprised, because who knows how much an extra 10 minutes of that CGI suit would cost. Part of me also wouldn't be surprised if the negative impression of a romance subplot was cut down.

I'll be hoping for an extended edition though.

wow that is short. hopefully its longer then that.

this movie looks good, i haven't read any comic books so don't know anything about the green lantern.

I'm sure there'll be a director's cut/extended edition when the blu-ray comes out. This is more of a theatrical runtime, I reckon.

also apparently they bumped up the time its now 113 minutes. (1 hour and 53 minutes) which is much better than that 105 time that they had.

For me, the quality of the movie is what really matters. The length of the movie isn't that important to me.

true it's about Quality not Quantity.

But who says we can't have both? I'm looking forward to this a bit more now that I know it's not as short as initially revealed, plus I expect great things from it. So it's win/win to me.

i saw a clip where Hal is on Oa and is talking to Tomar-Re and the music and the score was unbelievable as well that entire scene. i'm sure this will be a great movie.

I agree. I've seen some movies be three hours of crud...and then I've seen 90 minutes of awesomeness!
