        You can't become an expert with a limited exposure. The members of SG1 who used it were at risk with only limited time on it. And am fairly certain it melted your brain if the fighter you controlled was destroyed repeatedly. Which would happen with inexperianced pilots.

          the guy's brain was only fried because he "spent most of his adult life" in it. that's quite a bit of time, you wouldn't need that long to get used to it. besides the eurondans dont care as long as they can still fly

                    So long as they both had equal resources and ships I would say that the Serrakins have a better chance since they have probably fought several battles whereas the Travelers mostly just ran away from battles so they are better at evasion.

                    But based solely on what we have seen on screen I would say that the Serrakins would probably lose, since we have never seen them having a dedicated military force meanwhile the Travelers. However the Serrakins had an actual economic base from which to build a decent fleet whereas the Travelers apparently don't have such a sufficient economic base.

                          Imperial Star Destroyer.

                          I would say that in armament and armor they are nearly matched however the Star Destroyer has deflector shields and so has just that much more defensive power against the Hive's guns.

                              1 double laser blast would easily kill the dart while a tie could likely resist a few shots
                              the dart also seems to be less maneuverable than ties
