Read this, and you'll understand why you don't have access to the profile editor yet. Don't worry; it isn't a permanent condition, although the wait can seem interminable. Your best bet is to post meaningfully in the various discussions outside of this Off-Topic area and eventually you'll be off the probationary status. This is how GW remains spam-free.
