Hey all. I'm new here and I am a huge Ben Browder fan. *huggles Ben* Aaaanywho, like I said, I'm new and I hope to get to know y'all well. If you have any questions or what not, feel free to PM me!
My fave show is Stargate: SG-1 and I really liked Farscape. Oh, and I'm in love with Michael Shanks too. *is a nerd*
I'm new here, although I have been lurking for a bit, having come to this site to find out what was going on about SG1 being cancelled.
I thought that I would stop lurking, but probably won't be reading and posting much as I have only seen SG1 seasons 1-7 and the first few episodes of Atlantis and don't want to read too many spoilers.
"Science Fiction is an existential metaphor. It allows us to to tell stories about the human condition.
Isaac Asimov once said 'Individual science fiction stories may seem as trivial as ever to the blinder critics and and philosphers of today. But the core of science fiction--it's essence--has become crucial to our salvation, if we are to be saved at all.' "
