I just got the pop up ad when I was creating a post. I didn't touch the quick reply (I never use that button). It tried to stick a cookie for 'survey1.suitesmart.com' on my computer but my nice browser stopped it first. The survey said it was for insurance and when I closed it and looked at the ad at the top of the page it was for Allstate. I don't know if that is a coincidence or not. I hope this helps.

it's not just a matter of days in giving out rep. I'm not sure what the exact number is, but let's pretend that you are giving me green. you give me green, then y ou must give green to 20 DIFFERENT people before you can give it to me again.

and it doesn't matter if you try during a span of a week or a span of a year, htere must be those 20 people between my two greens or y ou can't give me more green (20 is just an arbitrary number, i really have no idea what darren has it set at)

this system is in place to prevent abuse of the mod system. soon after it started we'd have a small circle of friends greening each other back and forth and back and forth which kinda defeated the purpose
