Well, if you have it too, not much to worry about.

Just Imagine your partner infected you with HIV on purpose, would you stay cool?

Hardly comparable, since in this case it saved the partner from otherwise certain death.

And you're assuming they will be quarantined together. What if they are forced into different rooms? After all, one thing they want to check is whether Scott's infection wears off (it would mean whatever Chloe has, only can live for a long time in Chloe). Given that they have been exchanging bodily fluids for awhile now, it's highly possible that Chloe has been continuously infecting him, but it doesn't stick around because the "virus" or whatever it may be, is specifically designed for Chloe.

I like the idea. Would be a bummer if they were under constant observation via kino to see when Chloe does her brain change thing. In which case that would mean no more happy time for Scott for a while.

In that case Chloe should always be followed around by a Kino.

Fairly safe bet that Eli has been doing that from day 1 anyways.

So instead of dying quick, i die slow and at the same time am potentially corrupted to be changed into one of our enemies. GREAT Trade off. NOT

OH.. Haven;t even thought of that.
But it does bring up a poss solution. Drain her, and refil her up with others blood...

I bet there is a secret function for x-ray vision that only Eli has unlocked.

Actually, you don't die at all, you just happen to be infected with some unknown virus which makes you act weird. There's at least a chance to cure this one.

Even if they had a full human worth of compatible blood, the pathogen could almost assuredly spread to the new blood as it was pumped in.

Why does the pathogen have to be bad? Maybe it will turn Scott into superman.

TBH we dont have a clue what Chloe has been infected with, considering the Smurf's level of technology they could easily have created an infection specifically designed for Chloe's genetic makeup and nobody else's. Scott will inevitably be cured at the start of the next episode; another of those cliffhanger's which the writers love to drop in and then brush under the carpet the first five minutes of the following ep.

Heh, and you know, that brings up the question of why Cloverdale would be important in the first place, then? It's 40 minutes that does nothing. If Scott is cured during the first few minutes of the next episode, then all we got out of this is that Chloe is now revealed to the rest of the crew that she is still infected. They needed a full 40 minutes to tell us that? It would have been more interesting to have her keep it a secret for at least another couple of episodes.

At any rate, whether Scott and Chloe are ending, depends on what route the writers go. If they are aiming for reality, then yes, the end is starting. The way the affair began and is continued, is psychologically poorly conducive to a healthy relationship. If, however, they are following the Hollywood romance route, then yeah, Scott and Chloe will have true love... however unrealistic that is.

Maybe their intintion was to explore that very fact?
