No. That might have been a factor but the crew has been dividied (Rush vs Young) since day 1.

True, for now they have all (even Rush) accepted that Young is they man in charge...they may not all accept that anymore and thus a "Divided" crew forms. I'm not saying they want Rush to replace him, just have him removed.

Maybe it is something else though, just an idea.

Not really. In Air II, it was pretty clear that most people were on Young's side.
