          They haven't closed the door on the relationship, so we are free to think whatever we want, and boy,will we! But, if the scene from Trio can be cut (waaah! I was so sure it wasn't! )so that Rodney has time to make comments about Sam flashing her boobs at a couple of ten-year-old boys, then it doesn't give me a lot of confidence that there will ever be a canon confirmation that Sam and Jack are together.

          I also really don't want JM to post the cut segment because I think TPTB may think, "Okay, we've covered the issue for the shippers, that's done." But yet, it's not canon, it's not even tossing us a bone- it's an imaginary bone. If it's not on the screen, it's not canon, and that bugs me. A lot. Even AT has mentioned a couple of times that this storyline needs to be addressed.

          There's also no reason to think Continuum will be any better, if we can take JM at face value as you say, and given what we've seen (or, rather, not seen) on S4 of SGA. But, your speculation is very viable, since it hasn't been ruled out, but probably that's the best we can do- keep the ship alive in our heads and in our hearts. Although, maybe they'll do a piece on it in Season 5 when they feel like they can focus a little more on Sam. I guess we shall see if JM answers that second half of majorsal's question.

          This is all very interesting. Best thing we can do is NOT get our hopes up. I'm pretty sure we won't get actual confirmation, well, actually since it's been cut we definitely won't get it. But I think they really weren't going to come out and have Sam say she's with Jack. How much we would've liked that. I do think it will be something like APA sketched (the first sketch that is ), to almost everyone it will be clear Sam means Jack, but it isn't proof.

          I do think tptb and AT too, are working under the assumption Sam & Jack are together. Don't forget ...

                        This bolded part really is the question...you're right. Coz while I have no doubt that they're together and TPTB themselves believe that...will they ever come right out and say it.
