Oh, that's just going to be the starter. From the master list we are going to somehow break it down into a more manageable playlist of like 20 (I hope). We can always keep the rest and make 50 more playlists Maybe I should have only asked for 10 per person. Oh, who am I kidding. I couldn't get it down that far! Once I gather everyone's nominations and have them placed in categories, I'll put it to everyone to vote for their favorites in each section...hopefully we'll get down to a smaller number!

That Going Under vid is absolutely priceless, the editing is something else. There's a brilliant little scene where the editor puts together Common Ground and Crusade that sticks out in my head.

Yeah, there was also a really cool splice between Conversion and Insiders where it looks like they're about to kiss Have you seen her latest, SILENCE. It's MM but with Sheppard instead of Daniel.

Another that could work for a team vid is Bleed American/Salt, Sweat, Sugar by Jimmy Eat World. Then again, I tend to love loud, rocky team vids, since I'm a sucker for action vids.

So I've noticed. Seriously, I am this close to finishing my action-packed team vid set to one of your songs. I just can't seem to get one section of it to work!

I think my favourite all time DV song - well, today, at least, lol - is We Might Fall by Ryan Starr. It's a bit slower than my usual taste, but I love it just because it fits them so well - and it's a bit tentative, and it's all a maybe, not an actual, but it really is at the same time. Also, musically speaking it's piano heavy and that's my favourite What's everyone else's?

That is a great song. It's on my list...I'm hoping to keep it in my final 20 because it's one of my favorites. Mine would probably be...Breathe Me by Sia, What About Now by Daughtry, or Turn This World Around by Amy Grant (notice I made two vids to those songs).

Kales I'm a pretty big Ten/Rose but nowhere near the extent where I hate Martha on principal. Personally I love her as well and don't mind Ten/Martha. Love Jack though I mean seriously how could you not?

Okay, I am seriously in love with that Keith Urban song you suggested, djay It got me thinking about how to format the mix. I'm thinking we start out with something crazy/fun for PU/Avalon and then move into Vala wanting Daniel, then move into irritated Daniel, then into Vala dying/angst. After that I would really like to use maybe one or two melancholy songs for their separation--one from Vala's perspective and one from Daniel's (I'm eying that KU song for Daniel). Then we'd go into a little more lighter-toned songs, maybe some about their relationship (ie trust, faith, being there for each other, etc). Then probably head off into more romantic songs for Counterstrike/MM...then go with some more angst/missing songs for their second separation. Then some of whatever...and end with stuff about love/relationships.

I'm getting way into this mix thing, aren't I? I'm excited because I'm hearing songs I've never heard before! I've been trying to expand my library for some time now.

Red Magic Marker - Amanda Marshall - I'm of the opinion that vala realised she wanted to see daniel again and that was at least part of why she came to earth in season 9 so this song more than anything is vala be frustrated with how oblivious daniel is in the beginning. it's not really angsty just fun.
