CMS Walter Harriman/Gary Jones Thunk/Discussion/Appreciation
I think that Walter should get his own office and a golden nameplate. And on the walls he will have Chevron 7 Locked posters.Anyone got more ideas?
P.S. I think Prometheus Unbound is a great Walter episode too.
That would be great! Did anyone realise, Walter has never said "Chevron 8 Locked"! It's always been other technicians, they had some wierd technician in the Fifth Race and he wasn't dialing the gate in the Atlantis pilot.
Poor Walter! But Season 9 that should change... *fingers-crossed* Ninth Chevron! Dang I'm obsessed...
"The Clarke Postulate - One's ability to correctly explain advanced theoretical thermodynamics as applied to string theory within a fictional context is directly related to one's ability to cook the perfect lemon chicken with mushrooms in a nice garlic butter sauce. While some use this unexpected correlation as proof of intelligent design, I believe that its all about the person's choice of mushrooms.
I also believe that there is a tear developing in the space-time continuum which if left uncheck will allow Microsoft to become a world power. I suspect that unless we all download Firefox 3 on the same day, thus sealing the tear, that life as we know it may be over and children will have their teddy bears and blankets ripped mercilessly from their arms.
Haven't seen Endgame, but I loved Walter's interview in "Heroes"! That scene alone made the rest of the interviews worth watching (I think, without it, the rest of the interviews would have been pretty repetitive and dull).
(Was laughing so hard during that scene. Still laughing, remembering it.)
And he was so... cute, trying to make his job sound interesting!
