If you're ever interested in trying one out (you seem a bit nervous about them), I think you could try the ones that are designed for kids, but that can fit adults. My brother has one, and it maxes out at 20-25 mph, so it's not too overwhelming. Everyone on the family can ride it, and we can stick to the neighborhood streets safely.

My dad's Suzuki, on the other hand, is a bit of a monster.

I'm sorry to hear about your uncle, Trace. And yeah, I can see why they freak you out on the road - I don't get why some people on motorcycles seem to think they're invincible or something, or as if the laws of physics suddenly don't apply to them.

It can be a fun splurge within reason, but I can see why you wouldn't want to have much to do with them.
