Wow one whole year and what a year it's been for this wonderfull thread!
So HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO ALL FELLOW SAMANDANS!! and i'll be here as head of domestic staff to clean up after our party!

Tara tasting that wonderfull cocktail that was handed out a few posts back, yum very nice and i can drink lots of this and still stay standing upright, which is something i can't do in real life!

Happy Birthday to Us!

Thanks to Majorsal for getting this all started. I raise a toast to our founder. (too cold here for iced drinks, so I raise my hot cocoa mug. )

It seems fitting that Amanda Tapping and Sam have brought together such kind, creative and articulate people. In some ways it's hard to believe we've been going a year, but in others it is like we've always been here. Thanks to you all for making this a great place to hang out! You all set the standard that cannot be met elsewhere on the net.

Happy Birthday Samandans!!!!!

I'm so happy to have found this site when I first joined GateWorld almost a year ago. There are so many lovely, kind, intelligent, and artistic people here. Very much like Sam/AT. It's truly a respite from RL which can be difficult at times. This is my favorite place to come.

I'm fortunate that in 2006, I will be going to the Vancouver Con in March, Shore Leave in July, and GABIT2 in November. I can't wait to meet everyone from here that will be going to these events, too!!!

Each fan in our midst, has their own role,

Take the night off for the big cleaning up - the only duty you have is locking up the royal liquor cabinet at midnight! Methinks the Royal Accountant may be too sloshed to remember to close the bar!

Woohooo! I have a job at the Samandan court!!! So excited!

Good good. I like my gin. Sloes and Bombay Sapphire. Good Choice. I feel, however, that a good selection of rum is needed in this thread!
