aside from D&C which was just monumental!!!!! and recent eps (ie threads and moebius SQUEEE)

i think that it's manily all the little things that get me

the absolute best best best most caring bit i think was in morpheus just that little resting her head on his shoulder it was so cute ( plus this was really real no memory stamps etc.)

Spoiler:

the Engine room scene in Lost City Part II. If Jack had said "I love you" and kissed her instead of "I know" and run away, our ship would have sailed. Sam would have got him unfrozen and the Spudster would have been history.

I heard that in the episode "Enemy Within" after Jay Acovone had caused AT a concussion or something along those lines, SG-1 was later seen in the briefing room and RDA patted AT on the leg or something. How compassionate is that?
