As for me, I'm sitting outside thinking it shouldn't be so warm in March. I can't believe the weather these days! WOW! This is a fantastic way to get some work done. I'm not going back to school for a while, but I'll use the time to work on some papers that will be due when I head back (probably after Easter, but I'll tell you more about it when I know). This way, no short nights and crazy work hours when I do finally go back.

Impressive isn't it? For someone who does not bruise easily either.
I hit it with the bolt on a gate. It was being stubborn, refusing to open and I tugged it that little bit harder and it gave way, slammed back with the full force of my not unsubstantial weight behind it straight into my thumb, crushing it between the bolt and the metal gatepost. I was finishing up after planting my garlic and just on my way to pick Benjabubs up from school and all the mums and tiny tots on the way heard - quite loudly - what I thought of it!

Ah, see, I'd have hit it with a hammer or something equally solid - I'd never risk breaking my nails

I've made the same mistake again....... got Sainsbugs to deliver a HUGE order (about two months' worth), spent nearly an hour packing it all away.......... then tried to decide what to have for dinner - too much choice, gave up and made a sandwich

Apparently this plant smells remarkably similar and has been known to fool sniffer dogs. Which just makes me want to grow some because I really quite like the smell.

You should hope the nail does fall off! I had a blackened toenail from an injury about six months ago. After three months it started to hurt, then got more and more painful. The nail was dead, and the new one growing underneath was pushing against it causing it to hurt like hell until in the end I managed to crack it open and ease it off - what a relief!
