Thanks to all for hugs. It helps. The vet said that our little girl just kind of gave up so we decided to let her go peacefully. Never an easy choice but we didn't want to drag things out for her. It wouldn't have been fair to her and it would have been selfish of us.

Still gonna miss her like crazy tho. She had the sweetest personality. I have lots of good memories.

I am posting here to thank you for the support, hugs and good vibes and also because it's a 69 post and I didn't want to do that anywhere else.

Bless your poor little kittie. She's up there in Kittie heaven now with my two lost ones and all my parent's cats (who, by extension were mine too since lived at home when they came into our lives). They're all fit and healthy and chasing motes of dust, running away from spides (ok, that may just be mine ) and shamelessly snorting catnip. And happy, healthy again. Have you ever seen Rainbow Bridge? Makes me weep buckets every time but hugely comforting when you lose a furbaby (for some reason). I am not a religious person at all but I have a strange idea that heaven of some sort exists for pets and babies. Thta probably makes me a bit of a hypocrite but it's what helps me sleep at night I guess.
