Normal sort of anxiety dreams like finding yourself about to walk on stage in a play and having no idea what play you are in or what part you are playing. Or going on a trip and realizing you are 6 hours late for your flight. Or going on a big trip and forgetting your clothes. Not that I am anxious about anything right now, which is why they were so weird.
