I just wanted to pop in and let everyone know that I made it back in semi-one peice. *still puddle of goo* But, I have a cold. Ohy, the joys of ConCrud. It was, so, totally worth it.

I should have a report and pics up in the next week or two. I need to recoperate.

Hey i'm back too - got home at 4am - got to the office at 8:15am.... yup. a few hours of sleep, after a 2.5hr drive is not keeping me sane... I am afraid to go home for lunch since I may fall dead asleep in my lazy boy....

*hugs for Nicole* oh poor baby!!! hope you feel better - but ya it was totally worth it. I have virtually no voice (and still answer the phones) and am sure have this glazed, far, far away look to me. I have to ask everyone to repeat their requests and quotes twice or more already...

Downloaded some pics - i'm trying my best to clean them up. they look so much better on the tiny screen of the camera. who knows, i think later on i have some good ones. when i get more awake i'll transfer my notes to my LJ and get some pics up... till then!! GREAT to see everyone, even if I was not there to meet a lot of you - I saw you running around!!!

He was so cute when he signed it too! All I know is that I hope he does more cons in the future, 'cuz he was a great guest! Very enigmatic, and McKay's snark is ALL David. Watching he and Kate take shots at each other was a riot, especially when she popped him one right in the forehead.

I'll have TONS of piccies to post later today. It took me a good hour to download all of the pics I took.... I almost filled my 4GB microdrive! So far to the pics look good - I went back and forth between using a flash and not, so hopefully they look as good on the compy screen as they did on the little LCD on the camera.

I'll be back later with piccies! Now I must get back to lookin glike I'm working

You're welcome , to tell the truth if it wasn't for ADB talk, I prolly won't go there as I will see MS in Vancouver anyway, but it was fun and I got lots of story/gossips (full report on my LJ) and the Con is not too full so the Q&A was easy & smooth, totally worth it

To all of the folks we harassed at the con - Patti (the "Riff" to my "Raff" ), Leah, Wendy, Erin K, L-Jade, Wenty, Kat, Diane, and all of the other wonderful people I'm too tired to remember at the moment (2 hours of sleep just does NOT cut it!) - We MUST do this again next year!

Now I'm off to download all 700+ of the pics I took over the weekend, hopefully I'll have something to post before I head out for work.

hehehe... we were the RiffRaff, weren't we? I'm back at work today and I kept wondering why I wasn't being refered to as the "peanut gallery", 'cause I sure was this weekend.
Really? 700+? I have 700+ myself... not counting the 20 or so I got with the SLR
It's sick really, but Jason SO endeared himself to me that I think I got over 100 of just him

Please elaborate about Jason. I know we'll get many reports about the other guests, but the last time, I could barely find out anything about Jason's appearance. Please tell me about this time.

Jason started at the breaky, just bein' cute with Torri, but when they finally got to our table, he sat next to me *swoon* and was really sweet, soft-spoken, and SO not Ronan He talked a bit about where he's from in Hawaii, growing up with his mom, and the importance of family in his life. Seems he has a pretty varied family background (not just Hawaiian and "Howlie", but also Native American... Pawnee, from his Grandma) and that kind of info always intrigues me. My mom's REALLY into family trees and ancestry, so I kind of am, too.

On stage, Jason mentioned that he lost his wolf fang (the necklace Ronan wore pretty much ALL of season two) that he wore to honor his grandma's people (I think he said the "Wolf Fang" people of the Pawnee tribe... I'm pretty sure it's a clan name among the Pawnee) so if anyone has a wolf tooth they can send to him, please do so.

The thing that really made me fall for him was his willingness to play at the photo op. When he greeted me at the photo op, it was like someone who hadn't seen an old friend in a while. Then, when I mentioned that I was hoping for some "arm porn" and tried to roll up his sleeve, he was all bashful and said no, he couldn't possibly do that, so I gave up and he put his arm around me. BUT! just outside my peripheral vision he started flexing his right arm, bringing it in front of both of us... my dirty mind got the better of me then, and I started laughing so hard that the photographer got a bad shot and had to do another one, so when he got it lined up, Jason started really flexing, both arms!, behind my head!!! You just gotta see the pix! I'll post 'em when I get 'em! Promise.
