You'll get over 50 eventually. I was surprised that I made it past 50 since I normally don't post a lot. But Sparky is just so easy to post about, you'll be up past 50 in no time!

Now about this interview. Takes me back to the infamous Joe's birthday incident of which we must never again speak. This man must stop doing interviews, or we must stop reading them. Two observations. 1. He makes the most significant comments to a foreign reporter thus requiring translation which of course misses some of the nuance. Hmmm? Actually, I should include Torri in this little statement. Funny how on the same page they are. Can anybody say "talking points"? 2. Is this the first time they both acknowledge knowing all about Sparky? Torri was aware of it earlier, but Joe always played clueless when asked. Now it's inescapable.

So, let's review. The Sparky nation has risen from what they saw as a few girls online who were under the mistaken impression that John and Liz were having sex in storage closets to a good sized group of online fans who see the Sparky connection. They acknowledge the chemistry even though they are still saying it's not romantic and have gone from saying it will never happen to saying that they don't know what the writers have in mind. Aside from the fact they they both don't appear to have watched much of S2, I think we have made tremendous progress.

We have become a force not to be ignored, and as I have advised countless times before ad nauseum we must continue to state our case politely, definitively, and in detail. At some point some decision maker is going to take another close look at the so-called chemistry between certain people, both its presence and its startling absence and decide that Sparky works better. In the meantime we have to brace for impact with a few more flying anvils.

Now please on with the friviolity.

Good post SR

It hit me hard when we got that interview from Joe, in which he said that there is no sexual tension between Sheppard and Weir, but there is between Sheppard and Teyla.
Then we see him saying that he likes the "Beckett/McKay" slash..
Now we see him saying how there was flirting in season 2. What made it worse, is that Torri said so as well, for the first time I remember correctly. I really don't see where they are getting this from.
Yeah the best thing to do is not listen to the actors... They can't make TPTB write a certain ship anyway... can they?

i dont think they will and i think that joe and torri are just playing dum on this one becuse how can they not know about it!!!! i mean are they blind or some thing because there is tention there as clear and thick as the mud on the ground we all think it so it cant be just me

In regards of looking good together, Elizabeth and Shepard do. I think they could have a promising future together if it happens. I'm also partial to Shepard and Teyla, but then again Teyla and Ronan work well and look good together. Until the show gets into their later seasons and the writers lead us into a certain direction than I'm up for anything.

i agree with you on with Elizabeth and and John and teyla and ronan but not on teyla and sheppard im sorry i just dont see it
