And I come across the movie's website, filled with gorgeous photos.

Hey, I just turned up my speakers and rewatched the 'Paul singing' vid...it helped...it's "Hey Big Spender"!
I'm guessing he's singing badly as part of the act, like a very nervous Beckett...
...but in the last few seconds...he can sing!
Someone get that man an agent.

Yeah, he's deliberately fooling around for most of it - I wish he had stopped doing that sooner though, so we could've heard more of his proper singing voice!
