As I said, I do like the idea though. Lets keep it on the back burner and try to find a way around some of the problems.

I think I have an idea on how to go around the problem of video... Pictures! I think lots of people have a camera at hand and pictures can be editted into the video just as well.

For example, one can take a picture of oneself, holding a cardboard up saying "Torri, we love you!" ... you know, just an idea to add to what SazZat already gave.
