I've been confused as to if the Wraith we saw in Spoils of war was Tommy and Karl, or two other Wraith that just happened to look like them.
If the two Wraith we saw in Spoils of war was Tommy and Karl, that fits with what Todd tells us later about the Wraith who over take the Midway station.
He said that one of his underlings betrayed him and stole the info about the Midway station.
I'd like to think Karl stole the info from Todd, joined Laura's Hive along with Tommy and the reason they were at the cloning facility in the first place was to clone more drones so they could invade Earth though the Midway station.

This is the Wraith we named Tommy at the beginning of Spoils Of War He's on the bridge of Todd's hive -

We then see Tommy in the cloning facility where Karl is. We're told that Todd's crew were killed when his hive was attacked and he was taken prisoner. As Tommy survived it suggests that he was working for Laura.

Tommy - Be All My Sins Remember'd (4x11), Spoils Of War (4x12), Midway (4x17) - Brendan Penny in Midway but conflicting information about who played him in Be All My Sins Remember'd and Spoils Of War. WDC members decided that the Wraith in BAMSR and Spoils was the same one as in Midway because of the facial hair and distinctive chin tattoos. We have no idea how he managed to escape being blown up in Spoils, though.

In 'Midway' Karl and McKay reveal how Karl got the information about the Midway Station.

WRAITH SCIENTIST: An acquaintance of someone you recently worked with to bring about the demise of those you refer to as Replicators. It was from him that I was able to procure the necessary data to commandeer this base.

McKAY (angrily to John): It was Todd. That bastard hacked my system.

It likely that Todd added the Midway information to his hive's data base and Karl got it from there.

Hmm that is interesting WS, I hadn't thought it might have been Archimedes, but I'd rather think it's Karl and Tommy

Archimedes and Karl were played by the same actor and given the same flat nose but their hairstyles are distinctly different. Archimedes' hair looks a bit like candy floss and no other Wraith has hair quite like it.
