I had an interesting comeback to Kavan's comment that started this whole topic. Not sure, but if it had been me across the table from him when he said 'what he said' I might of had the courage to say "prove it" to him! Wonder what his reaction to that would of been.

I just rewatched Coup d'etat. Who all here was faked out the first time they saw that episode, 'cuz I sure was and I was upset thinking that Lorne was dead, LOL.

Honestly, I dont think it even phased me at the time. I was only half-interested in the show and didnt really know who Lorne was. I know "bad Lornelover"

God, people I think I had one of the worst nights ever (spoilered for length and rambling...)

First I had another migraine, then took something against it and it was gone... and suddenly my left hand started to go numb (seemingly out of nowhere) so I freaked (yeah, I'm easily spooked with stuff like that) and called the emergency service (I already see people rolling their eyes...). They came, checked me, told me I was basically okay (the doc said that I shouldn't be worried... if the EEG came back clean, there's next to no possibility that there's something neurological wrong) but should see my GP today to get a referral to an ophthalmologist and gave me something to calm me down (if they hadn't I might have passed out because I was actually hyperventilating ).

I did and I could fall asleep around 5 a.m. but the left hand still feels funny and I still feel funny and... I just want everything to be normal again I'll go see my GP today (but I guess that'll be the last quarter I do this... I just saw that the doc from the emergency service is a GP as well and I felt better taken care off by him in the time he was here than with my usual GP who also cut consultation hours drastically anyway). God, I really don't want another night like this ever again

I think I prefer groundhog (BTW, in German it's Murmeltier which is something like... errr... murmur animal or something )

Did he check you for a pinched nerve? I know from experience that having a pinched nerve doesn't always come with pain, sometimes it's accompanied by numbness. Very freaky, I know. I tend to panic as well. Guess we all do when faced with terrifiying things we can't explain.

Hmm, mountain mouse... I have learned something today! Around here they live in low-lands (no real mountains here, unless you count the dirt pile in the far field). They also call them woodchucks.. but groundhog sounds prettier-- woodchucks are ugly!

Dunno. But he DID make a lot of checks my former GP didn't even bother with (for example checking the sinuses, checking the neck muscles and those below...) and one of his first suggestions was getting a referral to the opthalmologist, which my former GP obviously didn't even think about. Guess it was really time I changed.

Firstly, i didn't have the channel that aired SGA, and when I finally did get it, they where in the 3rd season, but I was quite happy when they started airing season 1 again
