Shoot, I knew I forgot something.

Have we set a date yet to mass email Sci-Fi/MGM? I think if we set a date and post them on the sites, as well as posting a reminder here daily, that should give us all ample time to get ready.

Should we set a date for say Monday? (I think it would be funny if we blow up their servers on a holiday.)

That contact information is a repost from the Squirrels website. The Squirrels are David's fandom. I wish it were not so, but I am fairly certain that David will not endorse a Save SGA campaign.

I have already been emailing people right and left. I think that an ongoing stream of emails is more effective than flooding in one day. But I see no reason that we cannot do both. I'm sure David Howe has filters on his email by now. I left out the words "Stargate", "Atlantis" and "save" in my emails to the SciFi execs. They will know what show I am referring to.

Also, can we get down to one website and one coordinated effort? There are like 3 Facebook things, 2 websites that I know of, and I don't know how many different petitions. SOSGA has an actual domain, so I'd probably go with that one. It looks more organized an professional when you have an actual domain. And since SOSGA is already there, I'd say to go with that.

Well I have been calling and sending emails every day.

Today all the phone #s were answered by answering machines, I tried several different execs, I tried the # in my sig got a live person and ask for Jeff Pryor, was transferred and usually I get his secratary, but not today a recording saying to leave a message, I left one hung up called the # in my sig again, got a live person, I ask for another exec by name, I did this for 6 of the execs, all had answering machines today!

This looks like they are screening there calls, or they were in a specail meeting talking about all the fans that were calling in! , we are having and impact so lets keep those phone calls going it.

I did leave a polite boycott message if atlantis was not renewed.

I will define polite, I was very carful with the tone of my voice, to make sure I was calm and warm sounding, I avoided harsh or strong words, and simply stated that if we did not get Atlantis back I would no longer be buying any dvds of the stargate franchise, and I would also be cancelling the scifi channel.

I did leave a message on all 6 execs recorders that I got.

I've just seen the result of split efforts before and want us to have every chance possible of getting that 6th season. We already are coordinating efforts Both site leaderships are having more or less daily meetings to ensure this, as well as keeping in touch via Email.
