I honestly love the wraith as an enemy because we see the human side of them. They don't feed because their evil but because they have to. Its a moral dilema and that makes them awesome. Plus they look cool and can actually problem solve unlike some enemys.
The goa'uld were evil by nature, the ori are religious freaks, and both replicators were machines. The wraith are just so complex.

A coalition of the RIAA, the MPAA and the BSA. The combined power of the companies supporting them and their lawyers would strike fear into the hearts of their enemies.
Of course, IBM's lawyer corps, the Nazgûl, would also make a fearsome enemy.Signed,

He survived not because they were idiots who didn't know what they were doing, but because he had the willpower to survive the horrible things they were able to do to him. Even then it changed him, and it's really obvious that by the end of the series that his interactions with his enemies have taken a huge personal toll on him.
This at the same time that the show was also able to let you see the perspective, and to some degree even sympathise with, these same villians.
This is the way it should be done folks. No other sci-fi show has managed such deep complex relationships between the heros and their enemies as did Farscape.
