What do you mean by that? Im still learning the lingo. That picture just made me really excited because i had been discussing the River/Doctor relationship right before I found that picture!

It's short for photomanipulation, where two different pictures are blended together using image editing software such as Photoshop. Alex Kingston (the actress who plays River) was on a different show for years before Doctor Who, and the picture of her with a baby may have come from that. Somebody artfully blended that image with a different image of the Doctor (quite well, too!).

Thanks Blen .... that's one I'll have to put on my reading list I don't think I've looked forward to but also been so apprehensive about an episode before ... so many places they could take this!! Thank god for the ABC here that for once I don't have to wait to see a show
