That's why I love my DVD's ... Instant Voyager whenever I want it. Love it. And even though I have the DVDs I still watch whenever I notice it on TV.

Wow. It's been ages since I watched Voyager. I really loved it when it first came out and I watched it pretty religiously for the first couple of seasons. But somewhere along the way I just stopped. I honestly don't know how many episodes I've seen and what seasons they are from (probably more than I realize), but thanks to the wonder of DVD rentals (Thanks, Netflix!) I think I'll go back and watch the show from the beginning.

I've always been a Kate Mulgrew fan. She was my favorite thing about the series.

Also - slightly off-topic - I was fortunate enough to see OUR LEADING LADY last night starring Kate Mulgrew. It was a very intimate space and I couldn't believe I was actually getting a chance to see her live on stage. (I was around when she did TEA AT FIVE in New York, but sadly I never got around to seeing that. I heard she was incredible in it.) Anyway, she puts in quite an amazing performance as Laura Keane - the lead actress in the play that Abraham Lincoln went to see on the night he was assassinated.

I've heard that the entire run is sold out, but I'm not sure if that's true. There were empty seats when I was at the theater last night. Perhaps people that go an hour before showtime may get cancellation tickets or something. It's a limited run - through April, I think. For the die-hard Kate Mulgrew fan - this is a must-see!!!

Ok, so I watched "Concerning Flight" tonight and I thought Janeway's relationship with Leonardo DaVinci was a bit odd...lol it kinda creeped me out for some reason...maybe it's just because I'm weird

yeah might be cause you're weird...Although I must say, all the eps with holograms I think are strange, only the dr. not cause him I see as a real person. But when it comes to holograms...I get confused in a way. And I think Leonardo really does so...Or fair heaven(sp?) for that matter too... The only one with whom I don't have such a big issues is Captain proton's program... Really strange

And you know the good thing about the fact that Voyager is airing in the USA...I am watching the eps too lol. Some eps I haven't seen in ages. Cause like SG I always watch the ones that I love and some other eps I forget lol

The holodeck is a strange, strange place. Fair Haven is fun but I don't know about those episodes, odd to say the least.

Although, there are several episodes that use the holodeck really well ...

I actually have quite a few VOY VHS tapes I still watch from time to time. I also put some I haven't seen in a while on my Netflix queue. I really got into the show when one of our local stations ran it weeknights at 10:30. I liked watching it so much.....then the TV station quit showing them. Oddly enough, I never saw them until the show went into syndication!

I guess my favorite season would have to be S-4. They had so many great episodes....."Killing Game", "Year of Hell", and so on. Favorite character? Hmmm, probably Tom Paris. Those holodeck shows....."Fair Haven" and "Spirit Folk".....didn't care much for those. I did like Captain Proton though. Loved when Janeway was the Queen. ("And remember.....you're the Queen!")

Funny, I loved by Spirit Folk and Fair Haven, it was a bit of a change from your normal every day thing. Loved the holodeck malfunction that happened in 'spirit folk'.

Saw on friday the episode called Star Trek: Voyager: Flesh and Blood, Part 2

I enjoyed this episode, and it was well written. It's from season 7.....

I guess my favorite season would have to be S-4. They had so many great episodes....."Killing Game", "Year of Hell", and so on. Favorite character? Hmmm, probably Tom Paris. Those holodeck shows....."Fair Haven" and "Spirit Folk".....didn't care much for those. I did like Captain Proton though. Loved when Janeway was the Queen. ("And remember.....you're the Queen!")

I thought Killing Game was a good use of the holodeck. Like you, I didn't really like Fair haven and spirit folk. Holodeck boyfriends? Eew. Janeway in the Captain Proton was pretty good--great chance for KM to ham it up.

I Watched tonight the episode called Shattered, have seen this episode over 5 times and still don't get the ending of the episode. When she tell Chakotay to go get another bottle in the cargo bay, did it mean she remembered what happens, am confussed a bit... Can someone help.

I watched that episode as well today. Great episode. Seen it a couple of times and I always just thought the ending was a joke, meant to be light-hearted. I don't think she was trying to tell him that she remembered anything, the way I understand it, Janeway was simply using Chakotay's line "temporal prime derecitve" back at him. A little give and take and good natured banter is all I ever took that to be. *shrugs* There are probably multiple ways to read the scene though.

I love the episode cause it's such a fun way to remember 7 years and even look ahead to the future a little.
