But it is hilarious.
Apart from Quark's comments about human only being nice when they've got working replicators and holosuites, and his actions to save Nog [and the decision to let Nog lose the leg], I really dislike the episode. If you like Vietnam meets Star Trek, sure. Jem'Hadar ear necklaces.sigpic

I saw the first three episodes and pretty much saw where it was going from there. I saw selected episodes through the rest of the series, kept seeing Canadian forests, and made a point to see the series finale, and really wasn't impressed.
That conclusion of Jeremiah's season II that the Scifi channel aired a few months back was not the end of the series. They did make a season III which was never aired but thanx to some shady workers at Showtime some copies of those lost episodes have occasionally popped up online for sale.

I thought the pilot worked very well in terms of setting up some of the basic plots for the rest of the series, and it also worked very well as a stand alone experience.sigpic
